Follow Up Campaign - How it Works:

• Thank You Gift - Your clients will receive a set of nifty peel-and-stick return-address labels. Included with these labels is a thank-you postcard. If a photo of the home is available, it can be printed on the front of the postcard, perfect for the scrapbook.

• Magazine Subscription - Next, they’ll receive a subscription to the lifestyle magazine Today’s Living. This unique 20-page magazine is brimming with topics on home improvement, decorating tips, family life, hobbies, travel, and more. There are 10 issues in all, sent to your clients each spring and fall.

• 12 Postcards - The brand-building continues with our attention-grabbing, home-themed postcards. They are a great way to remind your clients how important they are (and how awesome you are)! They also let your clients know that you appreciate their recommendation to family and friends.

• Pricing - $25.00 per closed client. Title One portion $12.50 – Agent Portion $12.50
